I have been resisting the urge to leave D-land for awhile now, and I finally succumbed to the siren song of some of the newer blogging services and poked around until I found one I liked. (And no, it's not freakin' LJ. I thought about it....but no. I need more design flexibility, dangit!)

I'll be slowly but surely migrating most of the entries here over to the new blog ('cause, seriously, it's a lot of history and I'm loathe to give it up), but that's a mammoth task and will take some time. I mean, not even counting the old locked diary, there are almost five years of my life archived here. Intense.

Anyway, with a heavy heart, I say adieu to the Diaryland. And hello, blogger. Cheers!
